Early-career position with strong growth opportunity within the 91桃色视频. Work with multiple project managers, estimators and superintendents as needed across multiple projects. Ultimately responsible for correspondence to owner/architects, subcontractors, and field associates. Assist in managing projects and developing estimates.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
鈥� Assist project managers and estimators with the following:
鈥� Strict adherence to 91桃色视频 safety practices and procedures
鈥� Project planning and implementation of activities
鈥� Procurement of labor, materials, and equipment
鈥� Document control including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs and associated tracking processes
鈥� Meeting minutes development and updates
鈥� Subcontractor coordination
鈥� Estimating
鈥� Contracts administration
鈥� Cost control
鈥� Sales/customer satisfaction
鈥� Travel to jobsites as required by PM and/or superintendents
鈥� Strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
鈥� Ability to be dynamic, prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and respond quickly to requests of customers, superintendents, and construction partners
鈥� Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications preferred
鈥� Positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential
鈥� Ability to adapt to unique job requirements
鈥� Experience in the construction industry preferred

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
